ELINE SLICKLINE CABLE HEAD
(PART NUMBER 100.00083)
The KSWC 1 11⁄16” ELINE slickline cable head provides a reliable mechanical and electrical connection between the slickline (ELINE) and the tool string. This cable
head provides for a pressure rating of 20,000 psi at 400 F. This cable head can be configured for standard slickline
operation with sucker rod adapters or for ELINE operation. The KSWC ELINE slickline cable head is the standard for
durability and simplicity.

The KSWC Wireline Stripper provides a cost effective
way to strip a wireline, and is a significant safety option in place
of a razor knife or other stripping methods.
• Cuts your rehead time in half!
• Simple application and easy to train!

1 11⁄16” OD WIRE ROPE WEAK LINK CABLE HEAD
(PART NUMBER 135.100)
KSWC 1 11⁄16” OD Wire Rope Weak Link cable head
provides a reliable mechanical and electrical connection between the
wireline (mono-conductor) and the tool string with a known calibrated
pull out. It is important that the pull out strength of the cable
connection be known within a reasonable margin of error. The
traditional bobbin style re-head and rigid weak link have proven to be
an issue in the current completions operational environment.
Thus, the introduction of the KSWC Wire Rope Weak Link cable head.
This cable head provides for the “open-hole” style cup and race
re-head that allows for up to 80 percent of the strength of the
wireline at max pull out. The introduction of the shock resistant wire
rope weak-link into the cable head assembly provides a known
calibrated pull out every time. This cable head is compatible with all
standard Camesa mono-cables from 7⁄32” OD to 5⁄16” OD and
including the EcoSeal Wireline. The KSWC wire rope weak link cable
head is the standard for durability and simplicity.

SAFE RELEASE SYSTEM
(PART NUMBER 131.002)
When run as a stand-alone unit the KSWC cable head functions as a
controlled weak link cable head that provides the simplicity of
assembly and the ability to change out weak link ratings without
having to rehead. This rehead can provide up to and exceeding 80-100
runs without having to do a rebuild depending on the conditions of
operation. The issue with this rehead is that when you run over
wireline sinker bars the stinger cannot pass thru the .50 inch
restriction of the sinker bars.
Thus, the introduction of the
KSWC Safe Release System.
This system consists of an X nipple type latch that is retained in the
latch position by a spring loaded sliding collar. The collar maintains
the latch until the weak link is broken on the cable head. The stinger
from the cable head then travels uphole and engages the latch collar
moving it uphole. This movement of the collar removes the restriction
of the collet latch thus releasing everything above the cable head.
